Being the sister company of a successful record label, of course we love recording audio. From solo musicians to full band projects, we are equipped to handle it all. Our space is small but adequate for full groups of up to 8 people to live track comfortably.
One of the main reasons we started our own studio space was to fine tune our promotional videos and enable us to create more for our artists. We feel like this is the most effective promotional tool for artists today. We are able to give you a live performance video but in a controlled environment to give you exceptional audio as well as professionally lit 4k video. The best of all worlds.
A huge part of an artist's branding is the photography. We have our own photographer on staff. He has fine tuned the space and is able to create a photo that not only looks great but lays the groundwork for the look for your entire brand.
From posters to full cd artwork, take advantage of our in house designer's years of experience. We'll make the process as easy as possible to get the highest quality design while staying true to your original vision.
We've harbored relationships with some of the best manufactures in the country over the past 25 years. Whether you want the cheapest price possible or a 3 day turn around, we can make it happen. Along with regular cd packaging, we offer high quality 8x10 press photos, 11x17 tour posters and more.
We offer bluegrass production by one of Pinecastle's favorite musicians, Tony Wray. As a superb multi-instrumentalist, Wray can plug any holes you have without having to bring in another musician. This ability is perfect for songwriters or soloists who want to create a top of the line recording without having to bring a whole band in the studio. If you listen to Sirius/XM's Bluegrass Junction, you've heard both Tony's playing and engineering all over the channel.
Some more about Tony - "In 1999 I moved to Nashville, TN, to work for the Gibson Instrument company as the banjo supervisor.
While in Nashville, I became a freelance musician working with a veritable who’s who in bluegrass music, along with many notable country performers and studio musicians, such as: Ricky Skaggs, Sam Bush, Del McCoury, Randy Kohrs, Tim O’Brien, Sarah Evans, John Cowan, The Grascals, Mark Newton, Dave Denman, Wayne Benson, Casey Driessen, Jeff White, Bela Fleck, Scott Vestal, Tina Adair, Cherryholmes, Alecia Nugent, Roland White, Jesse McReynolds, Marty Stuart, Ron Block, Los Lobos, Jim Lauderdale, Shad Cobb, Tim Crouch, and Jeff Autry."
You have the option of working with Tony remotely, In Indiana, or at Bonfire Recording Studio.
If you've created an exceptional project that everyone is clambering for, we can get it in stores and make it easy to be found. We have a great physical and digital distributor that we are super happy with. They have had great results with our Pinecastle releases and we can make it available for deserving projects.

We write copy and press releases every week that are published in major industry trade magazines, blogs, and even Billboard. It's hard to write a biography about yourself. We've all had to do it before and it's a struggle. We're glad to do it for you. We currently only offer press release distribution for the bluegrass industry.
Along with helping artists, we want to help creatives. We make our space open to outside engineers, photographers, videographers, etc. If you need a space to help you create, we're open to sharing. Check out "our space" to see some more of the building. Contact us to discuss.
We aren't above just sitting down and talking about your situation and goals. One of Pinecastle's mottos is "being an advocate for the artist". That spills over into Bonfire. Bonfire gives us the opportunity to be creative and we're more than willing to share our experience and ideas with you.
If we aren't the right fit to help you achieve your goals, we'll tell you.
